Every piece in the Dirty Money collection is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you — it's built the moment you commit. That's part of the standard. It also means shipping works a little differently than off-the-rack retail, so read this before you order.
Production Time
Because your gear is produced specifically for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is separate from transit time. High-demand drops or limited releases may take slightly longer — if that's the case, we'll let you know on the product page.
Shipping Time
Once your order leaves production, it ships via USPS to over 150 countries worldwide. Estimated transit times:
- U.S. domestic: [3–5 business days]
- International: [7–20 business days], depending on destination
Total time to your door = production time + shipping time.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information the moment your order ships. Check your spam/promotions folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox — the club doesn't like to be ignored, but spam filters don't know that yet.
International Orders — Customs & Duties
If you're ordering from outside the United States, you are the importer of record. Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by your destination country. These charges:
- Are the responsibility of the customer
- Are not something we control or can predict in advance
- May cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window while your package clears customs
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about charges for your country.
Delays
Once an order ships, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout — so double-check your address before you hit "join the club."
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 5 of purchase. After that, your piece is already in motion. Contact us immediately at support@dirtymoneyclub.com if something needs to change.
